Another terrible day in the Southland for the fires. You almost can't turn on the news to see all the misery!
A HUGE "Thank You" to everyone who has sent me an update to let me know that you are back in your homes or to let me know that you are packed and ready to go.
I have received several offers for places to stay from you Ladies (and one gentleman). 'Thank you' times a million!!
If anyone needs a place to stay, I have received offers in various counties for the following: a Studio apartment is available until Nov 1st, a couple of offers for a guest bedroom as long as you need to stay, 1 offer to share a house and 1 offer for a garage to store whatever you need to store.
Please keep checking in w/me. With hundreds of homes gone and nearly every major freeway shut down or severely impacted, life is pretty difficult for many of you!
If anyone has or needs a place to stay, a place to park/store your bikes, food, shelter etc Please email me! If I can't help you directly, I am sure I can find someone here who can help you!! This email now goes out weekly to over 200 Ladies including coaches, bike shop owners, bike clubs & teams around the Southland and beyond. We have a huge network available here to help anyone who may need help!
My prayers go out to all the Fire Fighters & residents that have been affected by these fires.
