LOTS of new Ladies on the track.

July 11 LOTS Recap ~ It was really exciting for all of us involved to have 11 Ladies attend the New Rider Certification Class at the most recent Ladies Only Track Session (LOTS) at the Encino Velodrome! Despite triple digit temperatures, the Ladies braved the heat and enjoyed a fun filled 2 hrs riding in circles together on the "concrete crater". Thank you to all of the LOTS Sponsors & to everyone who has brought 2 friends who have then brought 2 friends who have joined us!!

If you are someone you know is excited to either try the track or to make the transition from training to racing on the track, please attend the next LOTS Session to learn more!

The Edge Carbon Bicycle Items ~ Thanks for your interest in The EDge carbon bicycle items. Here is my current inventory (subject to availability) that I can deliver immediately. It will be another few weeks before I get my next set of frames. If you are interested please note that orders will be filled on a first come, first serve basis.

I am also able to have frames created that include club or private logos on them at great prices. The frames are not painted allowing for the carbon composite black look to be quite stunning. Stealthy some have described it. There is only a small logo on the headset area. A few in current inventory have The EDge on it in the usual places logos are found on bikes.

Ed travels quite a bit to Asia for Business. He has decided to take advantage of being in the region and make some contacts in the cycling industry. Since most of the bikes in the world come from the Asia region he decided to see if he could bring some high quality items back for all of us to take advantage of. He focuses on carbon based bicycle frames, wheels, and accessories for now.

ANY ORDERS BEFORE THE END OF JULY ARE AT EXCELLENT SALE PRICE. MY STIMULUS PROGRAM!

From Ed ~ “My value proposition is to provide cyclists with the highest quality carbon frame, wheels, fork, seat post, and handle bars at a significantly lower price that you will anywhere on the net.” Finding the right high end manufacturer and combining that with negotiating a good low price (rather than being taken for a ride) is the key. Extending my experience in Asia to finding high end carbon bike manufacturers is a fun extension of my experience to my hobby of cycling. My goal is to bring high quality carbon composite frame, fork, seat post, wheels, etc, to folks at a reasonable price. No fancy names or middle men. So a referral network will be my approach. I am at my local track every day, anyone that purchases items from me will know exactly where to find me if there were any issues.

Folks can get bargains on all the other components via the net. The name brands are there and easily found. But to get a quality carbon fiber design and for a great price, you cannot be sure on the internet.

One other endeavor I have been working at for 5 years is my website www.bicyclingworld.com. It has become the largest collection of bicycle tours in the World. Pretty cool site. Maybe some of you are interested in a cool bicycle tour.

Thanks, Ed Hayduk
