LOTS of Silent Memories

You can spend your time, waste your time, or invest your time. It's your choice.

Wednesday May 21 at 7:00pm ~ The Ride of Silence ~ You are invited to Join cyclists worldwide in a silent slow-paced ride (max. 12 mph/20 kph) in honor of our fellow cyclists who have been injured or killed while cycling on public roadways. 277 Organized rides have been approved across the United States with several locally in California. To find the ride nearest you, simply check out the Map on their website.

I am confident that all of us can name at least one cyclist from within our circle of training partners who was either injured or killed while cycling on a public road. Whether the cyclist landed in the path of the a motor vehicle or the motor vehicle landed in the path of a cyclist; the cyclist usually sustains the most severe injuries.

Be Safe & Have Fun!!
